In the period of 1960 – 1963, Old-PPN and New PPN were incorporated and transformed to PPN-West Java-Unit I, PPN-West Java-Unit II, PPN-West Java-Unit III, PPN-West Java-Unit IV, and PPN-West Java-Unit V.
During the period of 1963 - 1968 a re-organization was held with the aim to manage the plantations more efficiently. PPN Aneka Tanaman (various plants state plantation company) was established, consisted of PPN Aneka Tanaman VII, PPN Aneka Tanaman VIII, PPN Aneka Tanaman IX and PPN Aneka Tanaman X engaged in tea and quinine plantations, and PPN Aneka Tanaman XI and PPN Aneka Tanaman XII engaged in rubber plantation.
