Account Manager Work locations at Jakarta Raya
Responsibilities:
- Represent of LT Indonesia business areas in working a cross telecom functional area to clarify business objective needs and ensure suitability of solutions
- Lead business groups to evolve requirements to achieve consistency across business units
- Maintain project funnel in project portfolio system
- Acquiring new prospective clients
- Maintain good relationship with existing account by providing attention, services and good communication
- Minimum S1 degree from any discipline
- Having experience minimum 5 years in selling and marketing IT/Telecom products
- Broad knowledge in telecom infrastructure and system
- Having good networking in Telecom industry is essential
- Juniper/Cisco certificated is preferred.
Responsibilities:
- Perform installation, configuration of all hardware in Telecommunication infrastructure
- Provide technical support & troubleshooting for clients
- Provide standby services for clients when required
- Maintain proper documentation of all installation, modification and troubleshooting conducted
- Provide telephone and on-site support, including periodic 7x24 duty.
- Independently troubleshoot complex technical problems and escalate to vendors as necessary.
- Serve as subject matter expert (SME) to both customer and internally within Lintas in resolving problems and proposing technical alternatives.
- Degree in Electro/Telecommunication Engineering
- Have a knowledge of Data Communication Network (IP and OSI in routing and Protocols)
- Have a knowledge in UNIX/Windows Operating Systems and server/network management systems
- Have a basic knowledge of SDH and DWDM Technology especially for Alcatel Lucent products
- Willing to travel throughout Indonesia
- Required language : English

Responsibilities:
- To develop, establish and maintain marketing strategies to meet organizational objectives.
- Manage and coordinate all marketing, advertising and promotional staff and activities
- Analysis of customer research, current market conditions and competitor information
- Develop and implement marketing plans and projects for new and existing products
- Manage the productivity of the marketing plans and projects
- Monitor, review and report on all marketing activity and results
- Determine and manage the marketing budget
- Deliver marketing activity within agreed budget
- Liaison with media and advertising
Education and Experience :
- Business or marketing-related degree
- Have experience in related field at least 4 – 5 years
- Experience in all aspects of developing and maintaining marketing strategies
- Technical marketing skills
- Proven experience in customer and market research
- Relevant product and industry knowledge
Responsibilities:
- Perform Install, support and configure Juniper routers and switches as well as all necessary security applications
- Provide ongoing network maintenance, including updates and security patches
- Perform technical professional services such as installation and project management mainly on the Juniper Installation and project management will be an added advantage
- Troubleshoot and resolve any technical issues
- Possess at least a Diploma/Degree qualification
- Have least 1 year experience working with the any of the following products:
- Juniper Routers/Switches/Firewall/SSL/JunoS
- Juniper Certified (JNCIA/JNCIS) will be an added advantage
- Able to handle Juniper related project installation independently
- Possess good interpersonal and problem-solving skills
- Be self-motivated, willing to learn, result-oriented, independent with good attitude
