Lowongan Kerja 2011 Angkasa Pura I Persero



PT. Angkasa Pura I (Persero) was established on 20 February 1962 based on Government Regulation No. 33 of 1962 with the name of the State Enterprise (PN) Angkasa Pura Kemayoran which has the task of the principal as the manager and exploitation Kemayoran Jakarta International airport.

On May 17, 1965 based on Government Regulation Number 21 of 1965 the Government changed the name of PN Angkasa Pura "Kemayoran" a PN Angkasa Pura with a view to further open up the possibility of managing other airports in the territory of Indonesia.

In the framework of the management of airport zoning, based on Government Regulation Number 25 of 1987 dated May 19, 1987 Public Company name (PERUM) Angkasa Pura converted into Public Corporation (PERUM) Angkasa Pura I, this is in line with the formation of the Public Company (PERUM) Angkasa Pura II which are specifically given the task of managing the Soekarno Hatta Airport and Halim Perdanakusuma.

Based on Government Regulation No. 5 of 1992 of the Public Company (Perum) Angkasa Pura I is converted into the Company Angkasa Pura I (Persero) Deed Muhani Salim, SH, dated January 3, 1993 and has obtained approval by the decision of the Minister of Justice No. C2-470.HT .01.01 Year 1993 dated 24 April 1993 and was published in the Official Gazette of the Republic of Indonesia No. 52 dated June 29, 1993 with Supplement to Official Gazette of the Republic of Indonesia number 2914/1993.

On October 24, 1974 based on Government Regulation No. 37 of 1974 the government changed the status of legal entity of the State Enterprise Companies (PN) to the Public Company (Perum).

On October 1, 1985 Kemayoran International airport was closed and transferred all operations to the Soekarno-Hatta airport.

Statutes last amended by the Company Shareholders' General Meeting decision dated January 14, 1998 and notarized by Notarial Deed Imas SH No. 30 dated 18 September 1998. Amendment has been approved by the Minister of Justice

Republic of Indonesia No. C2-25829.HT.01.04 1998 dated 19 November 1998 and included in the State Gazette of the Republic of Indonesia No. 50 dated June 22, 1999 with Supplement to Official Gazette of the Republic of Indonesia number 3740/1999.

Angkasa Pura I (Persero) currently manage 13 (thirteen) airports in the region of Central and Eastern Indonesia, managing 2 (two) Cargo Warehousing and Air Traffic Control Center are:
