SALES / ADMIN / PURCHASING

General Requirements:

• Min. 2 years in similar position
• 22 to 30 years old
• Honest , nice Looking, Attractive and Good team player
• Self Discipline, dynamic, smart and can work under pressure
• Good Communication and interpersonal skill
• Good Attitude

Special requirements:

• D3 - S1, major in accountancy / economic / finance For Accounting position ( Accounting )
• Having experience min 2 years as accounting in spare part / distribution company ( Accounting )
• Must proficient with Ms office E-SPT and Indonesia Tax Regulations ( Accounting )
• Building relationship with vendors and principals ( Purchasing Organize Inventories Purcahses and General Office Supplies Purchase . ( Purchasing )
• Fluent in English , Mandarin Will be an advantage ( Purchasing )
• Excellent communication and persuasion skills ( Admin Sales / Sales )
• Excellent telephone handling skills ( Admin Sales )
• Independent and hard working ( Admin Sales / Sales )
• Target Oriented and Result Oriented ( Admin Sales / Sales )
• Interested in selling and marketing ( Admin Sales / Sales )

SENIOR / JUNIOR ACCOUNTING STAFF

Qualification:

• D3 / S1 Degree majoring Finance/Accounting from reputable university
• Male/Female, maximal 28 years old.
• Having min 2 years experiences as accounting
• Must be proficient with Ms Office E-SPT and Tax regulations
• Have good analytical, problem solving skill and management information
• Able to work in a team or individually, perform well in dynamic, energetic and adverse condition
• Have strong leadership, management and communication skill
• Able to work under pressure and multi task
• Have good interpersonal, Discipline, honest, positive thinking, persistent and optimist
• Fluent in English both speaking and writing
• Good in MS. Office, computer program/application, and internet
