PT. Indonesia Coal Resources (ICR) Is Majority Owned 99,98% by PT. Antam.Tbk. We Are Focusing On Coal & Energy Exploration, Mining, Trading, Transportation & Other Services In The Industry. A Future Holding Company Who Own And Operate Several Coal Mines And Strategic Alliances With KP Owners.

PT. ICR was established by notarial deed number 62 dated December 24, 2008 with 99.98% shareholding owned by Antam and the remaining 0.02% owned by PT Antam Resourcindo (PT ARI), a subsidiary of Antam. Although until March 18, 2009 date of the deed of incorporation of the Department of Justice and Human Rights had not yet risen, but the ICR was able to run the activity as an active company after obtaining the approval (ratification) of the shareholders for any act done through the mechanism of decision Outside Shareholders Meeting Shares (circular resolution).

ICR engaged in mining coal mining materials and energy from coal mineral resources and doing business in the field of trade industry, transportation and services related to coal mining minerals from upstream to downstream and the energy of the mineral resources of coal. ICR is a Holding Company for coal that will have some coal mines and cooperative efforts with third parties (strategic alliances).

Actively involve in coal mining & energy starting from resources, mining, trading, transportation & Services in relation of coal mining and & coal energy. Future Company development as a Holding Company which will own several coal mine or preferable strategic alliances.

Short term strategy :
  • Coal Trading to supply coal for internal orexternal needs to increase ICR’s cash flow to support itself as a stand alone entity.
  • Acquiring potential KP or PKP2B
  • To find external funding such as Bank or other Financial Institutions.
Long term Business strategy, should include acquiring KP/PKP2B, this is also include acquiring a mining licenses from the government (IUP). ICR will intensivelyconduct a coal reserve exploration as well as looking for strategic alliances.

Coal mining activity to support the operational of PT. ANTAM Tbk and its affiliates and also for trading purposes to supply of coal to other companies. ICR’s long term strategy also designed for a cooperation with an external funding entity, where as the business growth an external funding is highly needed from a Bank loan, Buyer Loan, Bond, etc).

Mining Operation must be comply with best practices from exploration to reclamation. Exploration must be apply with proper drilling method combined with geoscanning performed by experienced geologists. Mining Operation must have best people operate proper equipment from top soil handling, over burden removal to extraction. Service operation must always follow on time delivery of quality and quantity specified products. Sustaining and fostering environment with people and environment we are committed in binding mutual relationships with neighboring communities to create sustainable value creating operations.

In early 2011, PT Indonesia Coal Resources acquired a the Sarolangun coal mine, in Jambi province. The acquisition costs Rp 92.5 billion. The acquisition is the first step of PT ICR to expand its business from only coal trading, into coal mining business. The Sarolangun mine has been in operation since June 2010 with production of around 200,000 tons in 2010 and will produce 500,000 tons of coals in 2011.

The company estimates that Sarolangon mine has coal reserves about 8.25 million tons, with average calorific value ranges between 5,300 to 5,500 Kcal/kg. Currently, the coal sold to domestic and Indian market. In March 2011, the company announced its paln to buy anoher unnamed coal mine in South Kalimantan for US$ million. The mine has coal reserves about 40 million ton.

HR Supervisor
Requirements:
  • Male, Maximum 35 years old.
  • Bachelor Degree (S1) in Law/Psychology/ Management.
  • At least 4 years of relevant experience in Human Resources role, preferably in mining industry.
  • Strong knowledge about recruitment, employee development and payroll.
  • Having good knowledge about HR procedures.
  • Having strong ability to utilize MS Office software (MS Word, Excel & Power Point).
  • Willing to stay at Site Office.
GA Supervisor
Requirements:
  • Male, Maximum 35 years old.
  • Bachelor Degree (S1) in Law/Social Science/Management or Diploma degree in any major.
  • At least 4 years of relevant experience in General Affair role, preferably in mining industry.
  • Having good knowledge about Legal, Government Relation, Public Relation, & CSR.
  • Having strong ability to utilize MS Office software (MS Word, Excel & Power Point)
  • Willing to stay at Site Office.
Finance & Accounting Forman
Requirements:
  • Male, Maximum 30 years old.
  • Minimal Diploma degree in Economic/Accounting major.
  • At least 2 years of relevant experience in Finance & Accounting role, preferably in mining industry.
  • Having experience to making a financial & accounting report.
  • Having strong ability to utilize MS Office Software (MS Word, Excel & PowerPoint).
  • Having strong analytical thinking n highly attentive to details.
  • Willing to stay at Site Office.
HSE Forman
Requirements:
  • Male, Maximum 35 years old.
  • Minimal Diploma degree in any major.
  • At least 4 years in relevant experience at Health, Safety and Environmental (HSE), preferably in mining industry.
  • Good knowledge about OHSAS and Government HSE Regulation and its implementation
  • Having strong ability to utilize MS Office Software (MS Word, Excel & PowerPoint).
  • Trained and certified HSE/K3 is an advantage.
  • Willing to stay at Site Office.
Security Head
Requirements:
  • Male, Maximum 50 years old.
  • Army or Police background will be helpful.
  • At least 10 years in relevant experience, preferably in mining industry.
  • Good knowledge about Mining Safety Regulation and Rules.
  • Willing to stay at Site Office.
