INCOMING GOODS CONTROL (IGC)
  • 1-3 years exp. related to the job area
  • Knowledge in inspection procedure and testing method for electrical & mechanical and AIN internal working.
FINAL CONTROL & TESTING ENGINEER (FCT)
  • 4-8 years exp. in the same field
  • Good knowledge in electrical component, electrical drawing, philosophy of switchgear related with norms (IEC), relay protection schema, able to make recommendation for as manufacture drawing, and make report related testing method.
TENDERING ENGINEER – AUTOMATION (TEA)
  • Min 5 years exp in the Transmission & Distribution Industry
  • Strong knowledge in Automation & commercial role
PROJECT MANAGER - OIL & GAS (PMOG)
  • Experience min 2-3 years as Project Manager, in O&G environment is preferable
  • Strong knowledge in Transmission & Distribution Business, Electrical Distribution Systems, Electrical Industry, EPC, Commercial processes and High /Low Voltage switchgear and transformer background
BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT TRANSFORMER ASST MGR (BST)
  • Minimum 3-4 years experiences in the same field
  • Familiar with distribution of Medium Voltage Equipment
FINANCIAL & ACCOUNTING REPORTING OFFICER (FAR)
  • Bachelor Degree in Accounting from reputable University
  • Experience 3-4 Years in Finance Reporting
  • SAP FI-CO (Not Mandatory, but preferred), Hyperion Financial Management (HFM) & Essbase (Not Mandatory)
  • English Active oral and written, Computer literate MS office.
  • Manage efficiently the SAP FI-CO monthly closing of monetary and accounting transaction.
  • Prepare Financial Statement in accordance with statutory requirement, HFM & Essbase reporting.
  • Ensure accuracy and timelines of financial information monthly&Quarterly management report and highlight to management any significant variances in GL transaction.
  • Maintain proper documentation of system and procedures of internal control.
  • Ensure proper internal control are in place.
  • Will be Placed at Cikarang
TENDERING ENGINEER – OIL & GAS (TOG)
  • Experience 3-5 years in Tendering Process, automation, Project Management or Sourcing
  • Strong knowledge of Transmisiion & Distribution Business, Electrical Distribution Systems in Oil and Gas Process, Control and Protection, Short Circuit, Load Flow Application, Motor Starting, Electrical Industry, EPC, Commercial processes, High/Low voltage switchgear and other T&D equipments.
BUILDING BUSINESS SALES MANAGER (BBSM)
  • S1 degree from IT, Electrical Engineering or Mechanical
  • Min 5 years exp in the same field
  • Knowledge about Building Business market, good networking and negotiating
BUILDING BUSINESS SYSTEM INTEGRATOR SALES ENGINEER (BBSI)
  • Degree in Electronics, Mechanical, Informatics engineering
  • 2-5 years experience in managing system integrators portfolio
  • Good knowledge on building automation system & energy management
PRODUCT MANAGER – MARKETING (PMM)
  • 1-3 years application on the same commercial job
  • Know how in marketing, sales, project or other related field is preferred
  • Having a commercial sense of decision process in purchasing/ buying, project process and its application
BUILDING BUSINESS UNIT MANAGER (BBU)
  • Min 5 years exp as Sales Engineer & min 3 years in tender/project management
  • Knowledge building management system, security, good networking and negotiating
  • Based in Surabaya
MV & LV DRIVE SALES ENGINEER (MLD)
  • Min 2 years exp in the same field
  • Responsible to maintain & develop present & new customer, to promote and sell Schneider MV & LV Drive & provide technical solution
  • Knowledge in Medium or Low Voltage VSD is a definite advantage
METAL, MINING & MINERAL SALES ENGINEER (MMM-SE)
  • Min 2 years for Sales Eng.
  • Responsible to maintain & develop present and new customer to promote and sell Schneider’s product and solution in MMM market
  • Knowledge in MMM market is a definte advantage
BRANCH SUPPORT MANAGER (BSM)
  • Min 4 years exp in automation sales and / or sales project.
  • Responsible to maintain & develop present and new customers in areas outside Jabotabek in full coordination with branch offices
  • Knowledge in MMM, F&B or general industries is an advantage.
SYSTEM & TENDERING ENGINEER – AUTOMATION (STEA)
  • 2-5 years involved directly into project execution as system engineer in automation system development (building automation or industrial/plc system)
  • Create and develop complete offer (quotation, price schedule, technical specification, etc) for each opportunity
SENIOR ELECTRICAL ENGINEER – POWER (SEEP)
  • Min 5 years exp in electrical engineering
  • Carry out engineering study (electrical distribution and me) for complex project
  • Provide technical/engineering expertise, including customer’s requirement analysis, technical design support
  • Contribute to the technical negotiations in order to provide the best solution of the system and meet to customer requirement
TENDERING ENGINEER – POWER (TEP)
  • 2-5 years exp in tendering process, project management and sourcing
  • Create and develop complete offer (quotation, price schedule, technical specification, etc) for each opportunity and strong knowledge of electrical distribution system.
PROJECT ENGINEER / MANAGER – POWER (PEMP)
  • 2-5 years exp in project management and sourcing
  • Strong knowledge in order intake process, electrical distribution system and mv / lv switchgear
PROJECT / SWITCHGEAR ESTIMATOR (PSE)
  • Graduate in Electrical Power Engineering (S1)
  • Min 3 years exp in the same position
  • Good knowledge in the process of Quotation, Order Intake & Manufacturing
  • Understanding tender and contract management.
  • High accuracy and self demanding person for perfect result
  • Willing to be placed in Cikarang
TC EXECUTION (TCE)
  • Graduate in Electrical Power Engineering (S1)
  • Min 3 years experiences in the same position
  • Responsible to execute electrical project up to medium scale.
  • Good knowledge on Electrical Power, Project Execution of LV/MV Switchgear
  • Willing to be placed in Cikarang
SUPPLY CHAIN MANAGEMENT EXPERT (SCM)
  • Graduate in Industrial/ Electrical/ Mechanical Engineering (S1)
  • Min 5 years exp in the same position in supply chain or purchasing
  • Good understanding of SAP R3 system for material management module, supplier relationship management, mastering production process, & inventory management
  • Willing to be placed in Cikarang
SALES SERVICE ENGINEER (SSE)
  • 2-3 years exp in the same field
  • Good knowledge in Schneider’s product, negotiation skill, technical, leadership management, quality, safety, Health and Environmental System, project / service possibility study (service cost & benefit ration)
SITE SERVICE ENGINEER (SITS)
  • Minimum 2-3 years experience in several relevant fields/ technical field
  • Familiar with Schneider product knowledge (commissioning, problem solving and maintenance, MV & LV),testing procedure, setting calculation and application on any kind of relay protection,
  • Good knowledge in Computer, wiring diagram, electrical network process, aut.hi tech, & technical
  • Willing to travel & able to work under pressure in remote area
SOLUTIONS ARCHITECT _e-HOUSE SOLUTION
  • Minimum of 10 years of increasing responsibilities successfully accomplished in a modular building related industry. End-user and epc experience is desirable.
  • Degree of equivalent in an engineering discipline.
  • Needs to have consultative selling skills
  • Needs to be able to demonstrate the capability to innovate
  • Understand e-house customer needs/requirements
  • Understand technologies & regulatory trends impacting on the e-house industry
  • Excellent english written & oral
  • Strong technical background with modular building construction applications as applied in markets such as oil and gas substations.
  • Demonstrated commercial, technical and business acumen, particularly experience in leading complex project & solutions technical sales.
  • Experience with partnering with executive level management at customers, systems integrators or other relevant stake-holders to drive solutions results.
  • Proven ability to work both independently and thru others to deliver results.
  • Needs to demonstrate excellent interpersonal, communication and presentation skills.
  • To provide solutions architectures to address customer needs, requirements and pain-points, and prescribe these solutions offer with customers.
  • To build relationships so that we can ensure sales conversion.
  • Having a maintained database of active opportunities
  • Building the customer base in conjunction with the sales team.
  • Building solutions awareness
General requirements for all position Lowongan Schneider Electric :
  • Graduated from Electrical Engineering, majoring in Power or Instrumentation & Control from reputable university.
  • Able to communicate in English & computer literate.
  • Fast learning, good analiytical skill & posses strong drive,
  • Able to work under pressure & good teamwork.
  • Knowledge and previous exposure with Schneider’s products is an advantage
