This DSP supports business growth in 2010 increased 24% for loans and an increase of 29.6% for third-party funds over the previous year.

In an effort to improve the quality and service for its customers, in the year 2011 it plans to add 157 DSP Unit Danamon Savings and Loans in the first quarter of 2011. With this addition, DSP will increase the total units from 1090 units to 1247 units until the end of the first quarter of 2011. In addition to the unit, this year Danamon Savings and Loans are also plans to expand its business into the agrarian sector.

Responsibilities:
1. Responsible to provide and prepare regular risk management presentation as performance quality review to help senior management in making decisions
2. Prepare regular portfolio and acquisition profile, monitor the performance for each segment, defining best market and alerting management for any adverse trend
3. Responsible to provide comprehensive and in-depth analytics, regular, and ad-hoc, on policy performance & credit tests for the purpose of quality improvement of the portfolio mix and/or healthy business growth
4. Responsible to monitor portfolio and new booking performance and create threshold for performance benchmark
5. Responsible in providing supports to regional credit and sales distribution teams on portfolio insights and programs / campaign management
6. Liaise with other related business unit, Collection, Credit Initations, Credit Policy & Risk Infrastructure and Credit Resource Management Departements to ensure allignment in all aspects of credit cylce management

Requirements:
  • Banking industry or Financial instituion
  • Advanced & working knowledge of SAS
  • Familiarity with databases eg: Oracle, SQL etc
  • Advance and working knowledge of MS Excell, Powerpoint and Access
  • Understanding of credit and behavioural scoring development and monitoring
  • Working knowledge of English
  • Attention to details
  • Leadership ability to liase with peers both internal or outside own departement
Account Officer (MKS - AO 003) Work locations at Sulawesi Selatan - Palopo, Masamba. Sukamaju
