PNAK Eka Karya is domiciled and headquartered in Jakarta and can have branches, representative offices, agents or correspondents in and / or abroad, is engaged in insurance business, namely:

2. provide mediation in the closure of all kinds of insurance.
YEAR 1965. Based on Government Regulation No.8 of 1965 on the Establishment of the State Insurance Company services of Rahardja, beginning January 1, 1965 PNAK Eka Karya merged into a new company under the name "State Company Insurance Jasa Raharja" and the whole property, employees and all accounts payable PNAK Eka Karya Services were transferred to PNAK Raharja.
As PNAK Eka Karya, PNAK Jasa Raharja was domiciled and headquartered in Jakarta and can have branches, representative offices, while for an agent or correspondent is only allowed in the country.

Then in the next development, considering the business is handled by Perum Jasa Raharja growing so we need a more scalable business management and efficient, then in 1980 based on Government Regulation No.39 year 1980 on Form Transfer of General Insurance Companies "Jasa Raharja" into Limited Liability Company (Persero) November 6, 1980, the status changed again to Raharja Services Limited Liability Company (Persero) and PT (Persero) Jasa Raharja Insurance.
YEAR 1981. Statutes Jasa Raharja originally stipulated in its founding Regulation, in accordance with Government Regulation No.12 of 1969 regarding Limited Liability Company (PERSERO) settings must be separated. Statutes Jasa Raharja is further stated in the deed of Notary Imas Fatimah, SH 49 1981 February 28, 1981.

YEAR 1994 until now, the government issued the Government Regulation No. 73 of 1992 concerning the elaboration of Insurance Business Law No.2 of 1992 on Insurance Business.
