PROGRAMMER (PRO)

Duties:
  • Working closely with the team to refine the application being built
  • Testing for the application being developed
Requirements:
  • Male/Female
  • Graduates D3/S1 Informatics (fresh graduated are welcome to apply)
  • Mastering php, javascript, jQuery, CSS, MySQL
  • Preferably having a graphic design capabilities.
  • Having knowledge and experience with OOP (Object Oriented Programming)
  • Preferably has ever developed a human resource information system (HRIS)
  • Willing to be signed by the project (an attractive remuneration package available).
SHIFT PRODUCTION LEADER (SLP)

Duties:
  • Responsible for overall implementation of production activities in shifts.
  • Reporting to the Assistant Manager of Production.
Requirements:
  • Male, max. 28 years.
  • D3/D4/S1 Mechanical Engineering, Manufacturing Engineering, Metallurgical Engineering, GPA min. 3:00
  • Experience as a Production Shift Leader min. 1 year.
  • Willing to work in shifts.
MAINTENANCE SHIFT LEADER (SLM)

Duties:
  • Responsible for maintenance of production machines in each shift.\
  • Reporting to the Assistant Manager of Maintenance.
Requirements:
  • Male, max. 28 years.
  • D3/D4/S1 from the Department of Electrical Engineering, Mechatronics, Mechanical Engineering GPA min. 2.80
  • Experienced strong and weak electrical currents (preferably PLC).
  • Able to Auto CAD, technical drawing 2 D and 3D, an electric motor.
  • Experience as Maintenance Shift Leader min. 1 yrs.
  • Willing to work in shifts.
ENGINEERING DESIGNER (ED)

Duties:
  • Designing products according to specifications of the customer and the development of new designs.
  • Reporting to the Assistant Manager of Engineering.
Requirements:
  • Male, max. 28 years.
  • D3/S1 Mechanical Engineering, Mechatronics, GPA min. 3:00
  • Strong in design engineering, experienced min. 1 year.
  • Able to Auto CAD, 2 D drawing techniques and 3D.
STAFF QUALITY (SQ)

Duties:
  • Ensuring the products produced according to specifications and standards that have been determined.
  • Reporting to the Assistant Manager of Quality / Lab.
Requirements:
  • Male, max. 28 years.
  • D3/S1 Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Metallurgy, GPA min. 3:00
  • Understand the basic system of measurement and statistics.
  • Experienced in the field min. 1 year.
ASSISTANT MAINTENANCE MANAGER (AMM)

Duties:
  • Responsible for the implementation of the maintenance of production machinery.
  • Reporting to the Maintenance Manager.
Requirements:
  • Male, max. 35.
  • D3/S1 Electrical Engineering / Electrical Engineering, GPA min. 3:00
  • Experience as a Section Head / Supervisor Maintenance min. 2 years.
  • Understanding the strong and weak electric currents.
  • Understand wrapped around an electric motor, electric motor control, welding, PLC and electrical engineering drawings.
  • Preferably with experience in manufacturing.
ASSISTANT MANAGER ENGINEERING (AME)

Duties:
  • Responsible for the implementation of the maintenance of production machinery.
  • Reporting to the Maintenance Manager.
Requirements:
  • Male, max. 35.
  • D3/S1 Mechanical Engineering
  • Experience as a Section Head / Supervisor Engineering min. 2 years.
  • Understand the process for new variants / design and product trial.
  • Preferably with experience in manufacturing.
ASSISTANT PRODUCTION MANAGER (AMP)

Duties:
  • Responsible for the production process.
  • Reporting to the Production Manager.
Requirements:
  • Male, max. 35.
  • D3/S1 Mechanical Engineering\
  • Experience as a Section Head / Supervisor Production min. 2 years.
  • Assertive and discipline.
ASSISTANT MANAGER PERSONNEL & GENERAL AFFAIRS (AM-PGA)

Duties:
  • Oversee and coordinate personnel and general administration, as well as handle field of personnel and community relations and industrial.
  • Reporting to the Manager of Personnel & General Affairs.
Requirements:
  • Male, age maximum 35 years
  • S1 Law, a minimum GPA of 2.85
  • Experience as a Personnel at least 3 years.
  • Decisive, thorough and disciplined.
  • Have good communication skills.
  • Able to operate computer, MS Office minimum.
  • Preferred experience in manufacturing, plantation, port or mining.
