Senior Marketing Specialist Work Location Jakarta Raya - Jakarta Selatan
Responsibilities:
• The role:
o Reporting to the Managing Director, through a strategic marketing plan and actions, you will be responsible for developing and implementing the company’s commercial strategy, identifying new business opportunities and developing the existing customer base
• The responsibility:
o Regularly review customer comment and opinion, you will be in charge in giving input to Managing Director, Sales Director and the company in general, in order to develop new business line, create a new referral, as well as maintaining existing customer
o Maintaining and developing customer database in order to increase sales opportunity
o In charge of all marketing activities: developing and maintaining e commerce segments such as developing B2B activities from website, sending regular news to customers, joining exhibitions, special events, etc
Requirements:

• A strong strategic thinker and a passion to learn on new things is essential in order to develop a customized effective marketing ways to develop the business, and to perform your role to the above expectation
• You will be a charismatic and inspirational person in order to excel in communication with clients and colleagues
• Creative, excellence in graphic design, familiar in AI/coreldraw/photoshop, webdesign software, good personal credibility, pro-active problem solver
• Diploma degree is a minimum
• 2 years minimum of prior experience in marketing is mandatory
Sales Administration Staff Work Location Jakarta Raya - Jakarta Selatan
Responsibilities:
• According to sales info and request, produce letter, quotation and other writing communication to external and internal parties
• Handle inquiries, follow up, taking phone calls, meets client visiting office and maintain good relationship with client especially if sales not available
• Receive, handling emails addressed to general email address, make sure it is followed up
• Keeping records of sales targets and actual figures and compiling them into reports for management
Requirements:
• Female
• University graduate, age 26 to 35 years
• Minimum 2 years experience in sales administration or secretarial jobs.
• Be able to work under pressure
• Good interpersonal and communication skills
• Good verbal & written English and MS Office is essential
• Good in Ms office, photoshop.
