Manager Bundling Solution Work Location Afghanistan

Responsibilities:

The role is responsible for the leading the development of service bundling of convergence for fixed and Mobile products according to the roadmap and marketing plan, prepare the service positioning, ‎Go to Market Strategy, analysis and review of the initial plan and environment, Regulatory analysis and responsible for the profitability of every product and service
He/she will engage with specific products in the connectivity product portfolio (Voice based service, GSM, GPRS, HSDPA, ADSL, Internet leased ‎lines, IP based services etc)

He/she will be responsible for designing products and service convergence roadmap and will manage the delivering of the voice & data marketing strategy. He/she would work on the introduction and full life cycle management of products and services, and their delivery systems.

He/she will conducts market analysis, to assess market trends and needs, prepare the market forecast & market segmentation, technology services trends & frameworkand writes a Marketing ‎Requirement Documents or Concept Note as input to the development of new enterprise and corporate products ‎and services and/or introducing of new feature of existing products and services in the ‎product portfolio, including descriptions of product features and attributes and related technical specifications, developing policies, procedures and operational guide lines for the product and service.

He/she is also responsible for product profitability, product development as mentioned in the KPI.

Key Responsibilities:

* Recommend and manage annual operating plan, budgets for respective products to enhance profitability and revenue
* Develop annual marketing plans,pricing strategy that maximizes sales and retention while enhancing margin
* Responsible for the leading the development of convergence solution of fixed and mobile according to the roadmap and marketing plan.
* Engage with specific products in the connectivity product portfolio (Voice based service, GSM, GPRS, HSPA, Internet, IP based etc), manages the life-cycle of the product. ‎
* Aligning product attributes with internal available resources and building additional resources/ processes as needed, to make the products successful.
* Leading multi-functional teams consisting of internal staff, vendors and technology partners to devise optimum solutions and products.
* Develop and implement Marketing strategies, targets and initiatives of Home BU
* Design marketing strategies for Products and Services including, process branding, marketing communications, content, pricing and distribution channels
* Develop and manage an optimal product portfolio including areas such as management of product launch, lifecycle and service maintenance
* Design introduction of new products (in coordination with Integrated Technology – Product House), and new VAS
* Design tariff changes of existing products and services
* Design time-limited promotions and discounts on existing and new products and services bundling
* Conducts market analysis, to assess market trends and needs, prepare the market forecast & market segmentation, technology services trends & framework.
* Prepare and writes a Marketing ‎Requirement Documents or Concept Note including descriptions of product features and attributes and related technical specifications, developing policies, procedures and operational guide lines for the product and service.
* Design termination of products and services
* Review and validate BU advertising campaign and provide input and support to media planning, sponsorship, and corporate events
* Provide input and support to the product delivery process
* Provide input and support to Home BU target setting
* Ensure adherence to operating budget of Marketing division
* Cascade Marketing targets into Senior Manager targets and initiatives
* Conducts market analysis, to assess market trends and needs, and writes a Marketing ‎
* Requirement Documents as input to the development of new retail and corporate products ‎
* and services and/or introducing of new feature of existing products and services in the product portfolio.‎
* Responsible for fixed and Mobile products and services launches across all department units.‎
* Responsible for product and services training to Sales, customer care account ‎management, call-center teams and internal departments and divisions.‎
* Coordinates with Manager Communications and events to develop product and services ‎sales-ware (brochures, promotions, Advertisements, Press releases, branding etc).‎
* Coordinates with the pricing team to develop product and services financial ‎studies/ Models and product and services pricing.‎
* Coordinates with Market research team to conduct Market surveys if required.‎

Requirements:

Core Competencies :

* Has skills in product management plan development and knowledge of implementation of these services.
* Knowledge of strategic communications and marketing concepts, principles, methodology and techniques.
* Possess knowledge of the international carrier business and market dynamics.
* Technical expertise in convergence solution for Fixed and Mobile as well as traditional voice, IP and data products

Qualification:

* Bachelor's degree in Engineering preferably in Telecommunication, Comp Science or Electronics.

Experience:

* 10 years experience in telecommunication – product development
