PT Bukit Asam TransPacific Railway will team up with China Railway Group Limited to build a USD 4.8 billion coal railway project in South Sumatra. The two companies signed the engineering, procurement and construction contract in Beijing on March 23, 2010. PT Bukit Asam TransPacific Railway is a joint venture company between TransPacific Railway Infrastructure, state-owned coal producer PT Tambang Batubara Bukit Asam and China Railway Engineering Corp.

Responsibilities Responsible for land acquisition in a given area.
Requirements:
• Education S1 all the majors
• Experience min. 3 years in the conduct of land acquisition for the Telecommunications industry, Property, Plantation and Mining
• Strong communication & negotiations are well
• Able to use AutoCAD & Ms. Office
Forestry Manager (Jakarta Raya, Lampung, Sumatera Selatan)
Responsibilities:
• To coordinate land acquisition in the forestry location within the agreed budget and time schedule
• To coordinate or conduct direct negotiation and approach to the land owner where the railway corridor pass in the forestry area
• To coordinate survey and permit process activities in relation with all preparation prior to submission to the Ministry of Forestry
• To coordinate the permit process in order to get the license from the Ministry of Forestry
• Managing internal team and external parties related to the acquisition process
Requirements:
• Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's Degree, Forestry, Law or equivalent.
• At least 6 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
• Preferably Managers specializing in Agriculture/Forestry/Fisheries or equivalent.
