Safety & Health Environment Officer Work Location Mojokerto, East Java
Job Responsibilities:
• To carry out hazard identification and risk assessment (HIRA) project are delivered on time and achieved desired goals and objectives.
• Perform the concepts of hazard prevention, control through comprehensively reviewing and evaluating various aspects and identify potential emergency situations based on type of operation, equipments, processes, personnel activities, surrounding environment, modes of transportations and security.
• Manage all legal aspect of Safety, Environment and Health area.
• Continuously monitoring departmental/ individual SHE objectives, Key Performance Indicators and participate in companywide SHE program which is demonstrate fully SHE program in TPM – Safety Pillar.
Requirements:
• Minimum S1 graduate with relevant background.
• Minimum 3 years solid experience in Safety, Health and Environment management.

Draughtbeer Facilities Supervisor Work Location Denpasar – Bali
Purpose of the Job:
To supervise the installation, maintenance of draughtbeer equipments, train bar attendance, maintaining proper service levels, draughtbeer productivity and supply of CO2 needed for HORECA outlets as well to organize maintenance activities in draughtbeer workshop in Denpasar - Bali.
Job Responsibilities:
• Responsible for the proper and effective execution of all new installation, withdrawal, sanitation and maintenance activities for HORECA outlets by planning and organizing range of works involved, availability of resources and to undertake them and determining the appropriate time with manager and/or owner of outlets as well sales personnel in charge.
• Directing and guiding subordinate’s performance on monthly basis by emphasizing key problems to be attended to and encouraging superior performance.
• Supervising the technicians in carrying out their duties efficiently and in cost effective manner.
• To do nor to organize surveys on new outlets for their potential, either in technical point of view or commercial point of views as to avoid wrong installation or may creates difficulties during regular services by visual check to outlets, to take measurements and communicates with outlets ‘manager/owner for their necessary support such as electrical sources, water points, etc.
• Consistently improving and developing service & maintenance as well relationship with customer(in/external) in order to achieve customer satisfaction and maintaining market leader in draughtbeer.
Requirements:
• Minimum Diploma (D3) Degree majoring in Mechanical & Electrical refrigeration system.
• At least 5 years successful experienced in relevant background
• Having car driving license (SIM A)
• Good communication skill.
• Excellent in managerial & behavioral skill: decision making, coaching, creating successful team, innovating.
• Familiar in computer applications
• Proficient in English both oral & written
