Currently, TIFICO FIBER INDONESIA TBK PT requires some labor which has the potential to fill the following positions:

1. Information Technology Officer (Banten – Tangerang)
Requirements:

• Candidate must possess at least a Diploma, Majoring Information Management or Computer technology or equivalent with GPA min 2,75 scale of 4,00.
• Have experience as developer minimum 2 years in Oracle Developer.
• Have competency inn Oracle PL/SQL, report, form and Database.
• Good personality, initiative, creative and team work player.
• Male age below 30 years old.Applicant must be willing to work in Tangerang.
• Applicants must be willing to work in Tangerang.
• Fresh graduates/Entry level applicants are encouraged to apply. Full-Time positions available.

2. Marketing Staff (Banten – Tangerang)
Responsibilities:

1. Handle marketing data, analysis, and record it to support marketing team for progress and future need
2. Handle administration related to marketing activity in fast and effective way
3. Support marketing team by coordinating with internal or external parties including customer

Requirements:

• Female, Age between 21 to 25 years old.
• Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor’s Degree, Linguistics/Languages, Mass Communications, Textile/Fashion Design, Psychology with GPA min 3,00 scale 4,00.
• Required skill(s): microsoft office, good knowledge in marketing, Able To Communicate With All Level Of People.
• Able to communicate in English (both Oral and Written)

3. Civil Engineer Staff (Banten – Tangerang)
Responsibilities:

1. Designing Building and Structure
2. Making calculation for structure of building
3. Make estimation report of building.

Requirements:

• Male age below 27 years old.
• Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor’s Degree, Engineering (Civil) with GPA min 2,8 scale 4,00
• Required skill(s): Good personality, team player, initiative, creative, hard and smart worker.
• Required language(s): English
• Applicants must be willing to work in Tangerang
• Fresh graduates/Entry level applicants are encouraged to apply.
• Having skill to operates computer, autocad 2D-3D

4. Human Resources Assistant Manager (Banten – Tangerang)
Responsibilities:

1. Lead and improve HR Sub-Department teamwork
2. Coordinate HR – Recruitment and Placement based on organization need
3. Coordinate HR – Training and Development based on organization need
4. Coordinate Human Resources Management System for fit and proper application including employee relation management
5. Coordinate HR – Compensation and Benefit activities related to payroll.

Requirements:

• Male with mature personality and excellent communication for internal or external parties.
• Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor’s Degree, Master’s Degree / Post Graduate Degree, Human Resource Management, Psychology, Law from reputable university with GPA min 3.00 scale 4.00.
• Required skill(s): recruitment and placement, compensation and benefit, training and development, Human Resources Management include employee relation management.
• Able to communicate in English, both oral and written.
• At least 5 year(s) of working experience as HRD Supervisor – Generalist or two years as Assistant Manager in the related field is required for this position.
• Applicants must be willing to work in Tangerang.
• Preferably Managers specializing in Human Resources or equivalent. Full-Time positions available.
