Job Description:
• Responsible for accounts receivables & payable
• Take charge of debts collections
• Prepare aging reports, statements and reminder letters
• To update cashbook
• Process staff claim
• Any other duties assigned
Job Requirements:
• Diploma or Degree in accounting
• Preferably with 1-3 years relevant working experience.
• Knowledge of any ERP system will be an advantage
• Well-organised individual with good initiative and interpersonal skills
• Able to read and write simple English.

Job Description:
• Responsible for sales and marketing of products represented
• Providing pre- and post- sales product support
• Organizing product demonstration & exhibitions
• Market survey on competitor's activities
• Identify market potentials and develop strategic accounts

Job Requirements:

Warehouse & Operation Assistant Work Location Jakarta
Job Scope
• Preparing and packing goods for delivery according to Deliver document
• Receiving incoming stock
• Checking incoming and outgoing stock
• Warehouse keeping
• Inventory control
• Purchase Order processing
• Correspond with local and overseas suppliers for ordering and shipping
• Liaising with forwarders on incoming and outgoing shipment
• Ensure import documentation for clearance are in order
• Follow through import process until delivery to warehouse
• Document filing
