Job Description:

Job Requirements:
• Male / Female, Age max. 30 years old
• University degree from reputable university major Finance Management or Accounting with min. GPA: 3.00.
• Min.1 years experience as Finance and admin, Fresh graduate welcome to apply
• Familiar with SAP system and Tax Regulation
• Good verbal & written communication in English & Indonesia.

Responsibilities:

Sales Exhibition Work Location Semarang

Responsibilities:
• Communication and correspondence with customers and overseas
• Packing and unpacking supervision
• Responsible for documents completion and hand over the further arrangement
• Booking space arrangement directly to shipping line or Airfreight Dept (for export)
• Loading and unloading supervision
• Monitoring relocation shipment progress
• Responsible to ensure invoice prepared accordingly and provide with supporting documents
• Ensure relocation data in system from opening job file until cost sheet and even code updated accordingly.
• Follow up any outstanding payment to customers (payment control)

Requirements:
• Female
• Age max. 30 years old
• Bachelor / Diploma Degree in any major, with GPA min. 3.00 from reputable university
• Having minimum 3 year experience in Forwarding or Logistic Company with successful track record in selling to enterprise account, proven account management and business planning skills in all Market & min. 2years experience in handling exhibition
• Have own car is an advantages
• Experience & knowledge in creating profit under very tight margin environment
• Familiar with custom regulation export and import process for Airfreight & Ocean.
• Well understand Incoterm, Air & Sea freight process & documentation for exhibition shipment
• Have knowledge QHSE and its requirement to shipping operation
• Good verbal & written communication in English & Indonesia.

• Good Interpersonal and communication skills, smart and hard working, able to work under pressure, independent, proactive (self starter person) and having good initiative

Sales Executive Work Location Medan & Semarang

Job Description:
• Make all Sales Activity, in and out sales.
• Do operational export,Air Freight dan Ocean Freight.
• Preparing Sales Monthly Report

Job Requirements:
• Male / Female, Age max. 30 years old
• University degree from reputable university major preferable Transport Management with min. GPA: 3.00.
• 2 years experience as Sales Executive at Courier Service Company
• Good understanding in Operational Export Procedure, Oceafreight & Airfreight
