The company was formed by the basic philosophy adopted by the inventor, the late Drs. Thayeb Moh and Konosuke Matsushita Gobel. The late Drs. Moh Thayeb Gobel have a philosophy of "Banana Tree" while Konosuke Matsushita philosophy known as "Flowing Water". Until now, the two philosophies come together and form a tremendous synergy in building a Panasonic business in Indonesia.

The late Gobel believe that the banana tree is a symbol that best describes the role of a company in the community. No part of banana tree that can not be used; fruit can be eaten, while leaves and other parts can be used for a variety of everyday purposes. The nature of the banana tree that can grow anywhere, making it always available anywhere, and regeneration is very easy. Vision To Grow
Perhaps the late Drs Thayeb Moh. Gobel was the only person who believes that radio was going to take him to his company's success in the future. But that belief does not arise by itself, but through his ingenuity in looking at opportunities to to successful. At that time he has a great vision that electronics will play an important role in every aspect of human life, and this is a golden opportunity to grow his company at the time, while meeting the needs of surrounding communities. Through its contribution in developing the electronics industry here, so he is known as the 'Father' of electronic industry in Indonesia.

In 1954 the late Drs Thayeb Moh. Gobel founded the PT. Transistor Radio Manufacturing, which is the first transistor radio factory in Indonesia, with a name brand Cawang. Steps were not stopped until there, but continued to work with the Panasonic Corporation Japan in 1960 for "Technical Assistance Agreement." Then in 1962, his company was asked to assemble a black and white television in the framework of the Asian Games to be held in Jakarta.

His business had grown since that time until the date of July 27, 1970, formed a joint venture by Panasonic Corporation under the name PT National Gobel. Since then every year Panasonic is always creating the best products for its customers, as an effort to preserve the culture of the two companies that have been implemented by the founders

* Having Job experience min 5 years for Finance Supervisor, and min 3 years for Finance Staff

B. Production, Technical & Sales Administration Staff (Code: PTS)

* Polytechnic in Chemical, Mechanical, Electronics or Electrical Engineering (for Production & Technical position)
* D3 or Polytechnic majoring in Mechanical, Management, Business Administration (for Sales Administration Staff)
* Male, single max 25 years old

C. Human Resources Staff (Code: HR)

* D3 or Polytechnic in Human Resources Management, industrial Management or Management
* Female, Single max 25 years old

D. Industrial Personnel Hygiene & Health / Hiperkes (Code: H.Kes)

* D3 or polytechnic majoring in Health Analyst, Nursing, and Public & Community Health
* Male, single, max 25 years old

General Requirements:

* Min GPA 2.75, from reputable Polytechnic or University
* Familiar with MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
* All position should be willing to be placed and permanent lived in Bekasi, Jawa Barat
* Good communication in English both oral and written
* Good analytical skill, motivation, self improvement, and able to cooperate in a team
