Housekeeping Supervisor (HKS) Work Location Jakarta Raya
Responsibilities: • Advises desk clerk, or admitting personnel of rooms ready for occupancy
• Conducts orientation training and in-service training to explain policies, work procedures, and to demonstrate use and maintenance of equipment
• Establishes standards and procedures for work of housekeeping staff
• Inventories stock to ensure adequate supplies
• Issues supplies and equipment to workers
• Attends staff meetings to discuss company policies and patrons' complaints
• Makes recommendations to improve service and ensure more efficient operation
• Examines building to determine need for repairs or replacement of furniture or equipment, and makes recommendations to management
• Performs cleaning duties in cases of emergency or staff shortage
Requirements:• Male/Female
• Graduate of Hotel Management (D-IV) or Bachelor’s Degree in Management / Education
• Minimum 2 years in same position
• Ability to maintain confidentiality at all conditions
• Excellent office administration skills

Assistant Financial Director (AFD) Work Location Jakarta Raya
Responsibilities: • Directs and manages, under the Finance Director, financial, accounting, and operational areas for the Finance Department
• Assists Finance Director in guiding and directing financial analysis, evaluation, and report generation activities of current and proposed financial plans in a manner designed to protect assets, meet reporting requirements, provide timely, meaningful reporting of operations, and effectively plan for and audit the financial needs of the organization
• Develops and executes complex projects relating to financials
• Assists with the budget process and ensures that the expenditure of funds is in compliance with policies
• Recognizes and promotes financial process and system improvements
• Ensures that all tasks are carried out in accordance with generally accepted accounting principles
• Acts as a primary support to the Finance Director in the administration of the financial operations of the organization, including the overall operations of the fund accounting system
Requirements:• Male/ Female
• Bachelor's/ Master’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Business or Public Administration from a reputable college or university
• Min. 5 years in projects focused at managerial level position in finance, at least two years of which shall have been in the supervision of a major financial function or division, or in the management of financial audits
• Having knowledge of principles and practices of municipal finance administration, including budget preparation, financial systems and procedures
• Able to design and implement effective financial systems,
• Able to supervise the work of divisional staff including coordinating, monitoring, evaluating work; hiring, training, counseling and disciplining staff; and processing grievances
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English
• Preferably with experience in mergers, acquisitions and IPO
Mining Operation Superintendent (MOSpt) Work Location Sumatra or Kalimantan
Responsibilities: • Coordinate the mine operations mining team, to achieve mine development and production rates whilst ensuring management of safety, health and environment exceeds expectations
• Ensure that the mine services recommendations/instruction implemented and completed correctly
• Contribute to the provision of a safe and healthy workplace by ensuring all mine management, engineering systems, procedures and process changes incorporate the requirements of all company safety and environmental policies and Indonesian mine regulations
• Manage and coordinate with the various mine departments and mine contractors
• Plan and maintain production requirements as per mine schedule and mine plan
• Manage the tactical and operational aspects of the integrated offshore supply and logistic operation
Requirements:• Male
• S1 from faculty of mining engineering or geology
• Min. 5 years in projects focused at superintendent level position within the mining industry
• Able to plan short term, middle term and long term of mining process (make a plan and execution, including production mining analysis and cost)
• Well understanding about mining operation (facility / equipment / man power)
• Capable of using computer programs such as; Ms. Office, Map info, Surpac, Autocad, Minescpae and Minex
• Minimum posses POP (Pengawas Operasional Pertama) certificate is preferable
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English
• Strong leadership, interpersonal and team skills
Mine Surveyor Supervisor (MSS) Work Location Sumatra or Kalimantan
Responsibilities: • Coordinating, controlling and directing all survey activities, developing survey methods and survey instruments in order to support operational activities accurately
• Supporting data and mapping the actual area location information
• Conducting joint measurement survey
Requirements:• Male
• Maximum 30 years old
• Bachelor degree majoring in Mining Engineering/ Geodesy/ Geology / Mining Civil
• Min. 3 years experience in mining industry/ field of survey and mapping
• Competent with surveying, mapping & engineering software
• Having knowledge of construction technology, engineering & surveying principles, equipment & applications
• Good in English both written and spoken
• Able to work in under pressure
• Willing to work in a remote area
