Rahardjo Ventje BRISyariah as Managing Director, as the deed of separation Avg. 27 dated December 19, 2008 was made before a notary Fathiah Helmi SH in Jakarta.

Consolidation of business units of Bank Rakyat Indonesia Sharia into BRISyariah became effective on January 1, 2009.
